Intoxinating Beauty Lounge strives for all clients to have a safe and great experience during their visit. Please help me to reach these goals by following these requirements. Prior to booking an appointment, it is imperative that you thoroughly read through our policy page.


Please keep in mind, all results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, bone structure, age, sun exposure, medications, muscle tone, etc.


A booking deposit payment of $50 is required. Should we not receive payment for the booking at the time of the booking, the booking will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made. The booking deposit is nonrefundable but will be going towards the remaining balance of your service. A credit card will be put on file to hold your appointment.


Visitors accompanied by patients are allowed in the treatment room during the consultation only. During treatment, the visitors will be kindly asked to wait in the waiting room to ensure uninterrupted attention is given to the patient and procedure. The same guidelines apply to minor children. Please make sure you have proper childcare services arrangements while visiting our office.


Life can get busy, and things can come up last minute. However, cancellations and no-shows can have an enormous impact on small businesses. We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations and changes. We send appointment reminders via email and text messages 24 hours in advance of your appointment and endeavour to confirm your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

In the event that you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please kindly notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time to give others a chance to book. If you’re having trouble canceling, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to meet your scheduling needs. Should you not provide the 24-hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.


You have a 15-minute grace period. If you have not arrived within the grace period, then your time slot is not guaranteed and the appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited unless you’re told otherwise. Treatments take time and should not be rushed. I ask that you please consider traffic or any other variables that may occur. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to completing any paperwork.


Must be used for a 2-week follow-up appointment only. Booking at this link must be approved by the provider. Any service appointment booked under the link will be automatically cancelled.  $50 will be added to your next appointment if cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows occurred.


If the provider offers complementary touch-ups, please follow up in 2 weeks. This offer is not valid if the client misses the window of opportunity and schedules the appointment at a later time (more than 2 weeks).


If you cancel right before your appointment or are a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service cost for your next appointment. Second-time no-shows will be required to prepay 100%.


Our gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time. Our gift certificates may be used on any service or product. We are unable to honor lost or stolen vouchers. Clients who do not show up or cancel their treatment within 24 hours will forfeit of their gift voucher amount.


Cash, credit cards (except American Express), Zelle, and Venmo are accepted. If a credit card is used, a 4% credit card fee will be added at the checkout.  Credit cards presented for payment must be issued in the name of the client receiving the services. If another person is paying, we require a written authorization form filled out by the card owner, that includes their ID, type of card, last 4 digits, etc., otherwise, we reserve the right to decline service.

First-time clients are required to prepay 100% of the service prior to the start of the procedure.


Refunds are only issued for unused deposits with a timely cancellation notice provided. A $10 transaction fee will be applied towards the repayment. Our services are NOT REFUNDABLE. All sales are final.

  • Provide you with the Services and complete your transactions;

  • Provide you with customer support;

  • Help understand your needs and tailor the features and content of the services to you;

  • Respond to and, as applicable, fulfill your requests, resolve disputes and/or troubleshoot problems;

  • Send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security, or support and maintenance advisories;

  • Send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our Services and for other marketing purposes;

  • Improve the quality and functionality of the services;  

  • Share with our third-party software and services providers in order to facilitate our communications; and

Any and all data in respect of – ‘What Information Do We Collect?’ is not subject to any automated decision-making. We do not profile you using your data, any actions taken by us or our systems are a direct result of explicit requests or consents you have chosen. There are no foreseeable consequences of any significance in respect of providing the data or being removed from the records, except that we will not be able to contact you.

We will store and process your data following industry best practices and security. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that there are appropriate arrangements in place that include provisions covering the appropriate secure transfer, handling, and processing of personal information by those entities and third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties you personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. Where processing takes place by one of our trusted data processors, we ensure that our contracts with those third parties contain the appropriate GDPR / PIPEDA model clauses and that all our third parties are also compliant with the GDPR, PIPEDA this affords your data the same protection away from our organization, as it does within it.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
